Our Story

Engineered from Tier 1 Infrastructure Grit

Before Evolve, our founder spent his adult life climbing from the bottom to the absolute top of the heavy civil construction industry. He operated the largest earthmoving machinery, ran a successful plant hire company, and built a career delivering large Tier 1 major infrastructure government projects. He lived a high-adrenaline life in extreme sports and knew exactly what it took to run demanding, high-stakes, heavy-duty commercial operations.

Then, a severe car accident changed everything.

Left with severe spinal issues that ultimately required a multi-level ACDF neck fusion, he was forced to live with constant chronic pain. Because some days he completely struggles to even move or get out of bed, returning to traditional heavy equipment operation or physical construction field roles was no longer an option.

But giving up wasn't an option either. Faced with the challenge of gaining full-time employment while managing a severe physical disability, he took the exact same precision and operational mindset required for Tier 1 government infrastructure projects and engineered a solution.

Single-handedly, without a single cent of outside funding or external help, he designed, engineered, and built a fully automated, solar-powered robotic workforce from the ground up.
