Refund policy
This policy applies to Evolve Robotic Maintenance's commercial grounds maintenance services (Sports Field, Small Acreage, Mid-Size Acreage, Large Acreage, and Build-Operate-Transfer deployments). We do not sell physical retail products, so standard e-commerce return conditions (unworn items, original packaging, return shipping) do not apply.
Site Assessments & Quotes
Site assessments and quotes are provided free of charge and carry no obligation to proceed. No payment is taken, and nothing is owed, until you accept a written quote and sign a service agreement.
Spatial Mapping & Engineering Fee
Where a Spatial Mapping & Engineering Fee applies (waived for Founding Site clients), this fee covers the upfront cost of RTK base station setup and boundary mapping for your property. Because this work is performed and delivered before your ongoing service begins, this fee is non-refundable once mapping work has commenced, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Cancelling an Ongoing Service or B.O.T Contract
Cancellation terms, notice periods, and any applicable fees for ongoing maintenance contracts or Build-Operate-Transfer (B.O.T) agreements are set out in your individual signed service agreement, which takes precedence over this general policy.
Service Issues
If you're not satisfied with the standard of service delivered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@evolveroboticmaintenance.com.au so we can assess and resolve the issue directly.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
